Bilić song presented
As announced before, Croatian coach Slaven Bilić recorded song for Euro 2008. It was presented to the public in Zagreb in club Roko with rich table, barbecue and cold beer, and also numerous guests from the world of sports, politics, journalists and businessmen from big corporations who have helped to whole project.
Among the others, Croatian selector was supported by his assistants from in the national team, Zoran Mamić, Dubravko Šimenc and also omnipresent mayor of Zagreb Milan Bandić.
The public was firstly amused by two inductors, SaÅ¡a SuÅ¡ec and Goran PirÅ¡-Piro, who were trying to introduce Bilić’s band Rawbau through array of sketches. After that on the stage came the members of the Split’s band and played few of their songs, but the peak of the evening was when Bilić accompanied them on guitar.Then they played Vatreno ludilo, fans hymn, although Slaven wouldn’t agree with that:
“This is not a hymn, this is just a fans song. Anyway, I’ve played only one song with guys because I didn’t have time to practice with them. Vatreno ludilo was created in one month, we didn’t play every day, but we were meeting when we could and this is the final product.”
